Our policies and guarantees

Your puppy has been raised with great care and love. We strive to raise happy, well-socialized puppies. He/She is guaranteed to be in good, sound health at the time of sale and when picked up. The buyer has 72 hours to get the puppy examined by a reputable, licensed veterinarian. Should any abnormal findings arise, aside from common parasites including , but not limited to; coccidia, giardia, roundworms, or mites, proof must be provided in the form of a letter from said veterinarian with their signature. Once proof is received, we will consider a refund upon the return of the puppy. However, this is on a case-by-case basis. No exchange or refund will be made after the 72 hour period.

We cannot guarantee against or be responsible for any expenses incurred from parasites in your puppy. Parasites are very common in puppies and may include various types, internal and external. Although we do our best to prevent these parasites, (your puppy has been routinely dewormed, had a vet exam, and fecal sample checked) the puppy may require additional treatments to deal with them due to the different life cycle of these parasites. We start our puppies on their vaccines before they go home, but it is up to the new owner to complete the vaccinations. Be careful where you take your new puppy as parvovirus, a deadly intestinal virus, can be picked up wherever an infected dog may have been. Your puppy is not safe from this and other diseases until they have undergone the complete series of puppy vaccinations.

We do not guarantee bites, size, color, or (against) umbilical hernias in your dog. As F1 and F1B Cavapoos are said to be low-to-non shedding, we do not guarantee that your puppy will not shed.

We are here for you and your puppy. If for some reason you can no longer keep your puppy, please contact us first before rehoming him/her. We like to know where our puppies are and might be able to help you find him/her a new home. Although we cannot take your puppy back, we want to keep track of where they end up because we want to make sure they are in loving, responsible hands. We also want the new owners to know we are available to provide the same guidance and advice we have given you. The best place for him/her is with you, the original family, but we understand life happens and we are here for you every step of the way.
